How to Dress Like Aria Montgomery On Pretty Little Liars

Hey!

I am actually typing this on Saturday, but you guys will see it on Monday, as this is probably one of the hardest posts for me to do.
Why, you may ask?
Probably because I am showing exactly how to dress and look like Aria, my favorite character in PLL and I also have several outfits and their exact locations and stores where you get it from. Took me a while, but I did it.

And if any of you guys live in Canada too, we finally have great weather! Yesterday I wore a white sleeveless dress with a blazer and it was so warm! I absolutely love wearing mini dresses and skirts when its warm, and I especially love wearing more summer time clothes.

Aria  is a very eclectic dresser, as you can see her in a skirt and high tops, to leather pants and motorcycle boots. But to sum her up, she dresses very boho, and she loves wearing anything that seems to look great on her.

got it from www.wornontv.comOutfit #1:
I understand she looks notably distressed in this photo, as a rumor was spread about her , and she earned a reputation over something she didn't deserve. But the outfit she wears in this episode is one of the cutest. Notice how she paired the sneakers with the skirt; if you really want to be look Aria, you have to push the envelope and go a bit out of your comfort zone. If it looks good on you, wear it! It doesn't matter if it isn't a trend, because she doesn't care about stuff like that. She has her hair in her usual large waves, which I will tell you how to achieve in the end of this.

The adorable shirt is from Urban Outfitters{One of my fav stores!} and is only $20.00! The skirt is from Nordstorm, but you can find one just like it at Bluenotes. At Nordstorm, its $68.00, but remember; you can't skimp on good quality!
Her shoes are also from Nordstorm, and they cost $79.00. You may not notice this, but she has a triangle bracelet on, and you can get it from Ardene or Urban Outfitters.

Outfit #2:
Aria's western outfit on PLL

This is my second favourite outfit from Aria. This is the one where they all go to the hoe-down dance, as she goes with Jake while Ezra jealously watches. Lucy Hale actually has a country song called You Sound Good to Me, which is really catchy. I'm not a huge fan of country, but I love that song, almost as much as I love this outfit.
This outfit is a perfect example of atypical Aria taste. Aria is able to find an outfit for any occasion and add a little twist to it, as you can see by her shirt, large earrings, and chunky belt which she accessorized.
And you may have noticed by now, they all dressed high-end, since they do live in Rosewood. This outfit , though, you can get for the cheap as you can find all of the pieces on ebay. Her shirt is from The Wild Cowboy, and it costs $79.90. Notice how she tied it in the front? Aria took a super cutesy shirt and made it a bit more hard edge by tieing it on the front and wearing it open over a white v-neck, which you can get everywhere. I bet you can find one at your local convenience store, if it really came down to it.
Her shoes are absolutely adorable and they are $69.95 on Amazon, but you can get them cheaper on ebay, as I mentioned before.
Her skirt if my favourite piece of this outfit, as it ties the hat to the rest of it, and it also swirls out as soon as you move. Its basically the most Aria thing about this outfit, and it's from Modcloth for $69.00.
Her hair was in a regular bun this episode, and a few strand are escaping in the back.

Outfit #3:

Aria's skull print blazer on PLLThis outfit show Aria's more casual style but still a bit more dressy than some people would usually wear. She's wearing her hair open in her big signature waves and she's wearing more staple pieces tat you can probably find in your closet. Her blazer has skulls on it,. showing her fondness for the dark side{mwahhahah} and it's from Modcloth. Her belt is actually found in a lot of places, and the cheapest is from 6pm. Her pants are regular white pants you can get from anywhere, and her boots which you can tell are lace ups are from Nordstorm, but you can find an identical pair at Forever 21.  Her Peter Pan collar shirt is from House of Fraser, but you can find it also at Urban Outfitters.

How To Do Her Hair and Makeup:

Eyes: Aria plays up her large, grey green eyes, and they are the second most noticeable feature of her face, next to her eyebrows{come on, we all noticed it} To get her exact look, start with a lengthening, separating and volumizing mascara, but first, curl your lashes. You want to wiggle to mascara into your roots, so it lasts longer and stays in the curl. Brush up away from your eyes so they look like they are almost standing up. Do the same with your bottom lashes. Next, take a liquid liner and line the top of your eye and the bottom, starting with a thin line, the on the upper lid, making it thicker toward the end. Use brown eyeshadow for green eyes, and green eyeshadow for brown eyes and make sure to use a light colour in your inner corner, to make your eyes look even larger. I don't advise lining your water line, as that can make your eyesight worse, but if you want to, line it with a white colour, as it will make you look more doll like.

Mouth: Aria usually wears neutral, pink and coral toned lipsticks, but I recommend a lip stain, especially if your going to school. This just allows it to last longer and not stain everything you eat. Occasionally, in the fall and winter episodes, she wears a dark lip, but even that is more maroon and burgundy than brown. Use chapstick or EOS lip balm to make your lips seem moist and stay nourished.

Face: Aria has a flawless face, with no noticeable blemishes. Of course, foundation and concealer are key. Use concealer as a brightener under your eyes, and make sure to apply in a triangle. Aria usually stays with peachy, golden tones, and try to find colours that suit your skin, but don't go over the top. I recommend to use a cram blush, then a powder, as this ensures that it will last all day. Contour your face around you temples and cheekbones as a finishing touch.

Eyebrows: The moment we have been waiting for. To get Aria's amazing, bold eyelashes, tweeze or pluck away stray hairs. If you aren't comfortable with doing this yourself, try going to a salon, and showing a photo of her brows. Maintain a steady and bold arch by using a brow gel and brush. Use a short, firm one, and make sure to fill in with a colour that matches.

Hair:
Before you break out the curler, you may want to wash you hair with a volumizing shampoo. After you wash and condition things, use a shine product, like Garnier's Fructis Shine Product and apply it all over your hair. Next, section your hair and make sure to do a center part. Curl away from your face using a large barreled curler. Curling away will achieve those big, bouncy, loose waves. When you finish you hair, take the side bangs and use a flat iron to flip away from your face. You can use a hairspray to flatten your hair and keep it in place all day.

So guys, you know know how to dress and look like Aria Montgomery. What will you use with this information? I'll never know.
Remember not to fall for any of your teachers, not matter how hot they are.

See you!
